I will trade you rain for snow. All it has done here for at least 2 days is rain! My kids would appreciate it if you would send lots of snow since they have to return to school life tomorrow..lol Have a great day!

I've been going out and buying TONS of "Ice Melt." We don't have all that much snow, but the ice is, indeed, treacherous........hubby won't put much on the ice, but I went out and "dumped" almost a bag of it in our front yard and all around my car......our driveway is one massive ice skating rink......thank God for Ice Melt, even though it's like $4 to $5 a bag.....it's worth it! Hope you get rid of that snow pretty soon....it's been one deadly winter.

I got an inch of snow overnight and am getting a light rain right now. It's been raining probably an hour here. I've been out trying to rake the edges of my roof since I'm too chicken to get up there ON the roof! I knocked down all the icicles as some of them are quite heavy. Weather underground for my zip code says "a heavy band of snow is moving through the area." Well, not at my house. YET!

I guess I'm already used to North Dakota, because I can't imagine getting rain in January. lol It's a nice, warm, 2 degrees at my house right now. It probably won't get above freezing more than 2 or 3 times this month and next month.
