SUFFERING
Life is a difficult journey.
No one seems to escape the suffering.
Suffering continues even when you do not think it could give more.
It lives in what should be good day and makes a sunny day one of sorrow.
Sorrow respects no limits and why should it?
It took our Lord and shattered the heart of His most Blessed Mother.
Suffering had its moment at Calvary.
Now it has its moments with us but buffered by the hand of God.

Just wondering :)
ha ha!
If you want to get really technical about it [which I do not, by the way], by today's medical understanding, -- it was not loss of blood, he suffocated in his own________ (you know). Some medical authorities even claim his heart exploded, but I do not know since I am not a doctor.
The "nails"/ spikes were in his wrists, for his hands did not have the bone to support him.
But what does any of this have to do with the beautiful poem this lady wrote?
Let us all take a DEEEEEEEEP breath!

Susan, it was a very nice poem, and I understand its poetic significance and depth.
Thank you!
