New Entry, Old Poem (re-post number 12)

In the original posting, The Blade ended up strangely formatted, showing in large letters and bold text. At the time, formatting the article was more difficult than it is now, and I gave up on trying to fix it. It should be easier to read this time.
Not too long ago I ran into the guy who inspired this poem. It was one of those moments, you know, when you stop and reflect... look back at yourself, and say, "WTF WAS I THINKING?!?" lol But hey, I guess not every muse can be an Adonis. Sometimes you have to hook up with the ever-mythical Adork instead to find out what life is really all about. :P

This one is called The Blade, written, really for someone I sort of used to hurt myself. Don't ask... just know that I'm much better now. ;P

The Blade

Find me a knife that hurts and cries
And bleeds, and fades, and finally, dies
Find me that knife, and look at the blade
You'll see what I see when I look in your eyes

Show me a rainbow in black and white
And show yourself how I feel tonight
Color my rainbow and make me yours
A butterfly's wings, but a sparrow's flight

Witness a picture, an image behold
Know deep inside it the truth shall unfold
What is your picture of your love for me
Warm, brightly colored... or graying and cold

Listen to music without any sound
Losing yourself where emotion abounds
Play me your music on instruments fair
Watch my soul dancing, and spinning around

Take me to someplace that doesn't exist
We'll go there together and never be missed
When we are nowhere we shall have no names
There'll are no temptation, for we shan't resist

Give me a diamond without any shine
For though I am yours, you will not be mine
Treasure a gemstone, or silver and gold
The web you are weaving they cannot unwind

Find me a heart without any pain
And you'll see a person with nothing to gain
You have my heart and I have your hand
If you will not have me should I love again

Music is fickle and rainbows will fade
But I can hold onto the love we have made
That knife you have brought me is special, you see
For I am the handle, and you are the blade

This was super awesome!
Sorry about the misunderstanding before.
I think my eyes are playing tricks on me these days!

Anywho, I have a question for you..
I wanted to do a re-post of one of my surveys with the comments and rating like you have. But, my post editor won't let me. It keeps giving me an error.
Do you have any tips that I may not know?
Is there something I must edit out for it to post?
Any help would be appreciated.

My method kind of works but sometimes doesn't. I've been starting my articles in Explorer, where I paste in the old page, type in the title and tags, and select only one group. I re-copy the post if I've typed a preface or something at the beginning, and then click the "save as draft" button.
After that, I open Firefox, go to Gather, and open the draft of the article. I select the rest of the groups in Firefox and post.
The reason I use Firefox to select groups is because the selection process is really, really slow in Explorer, but the reason I start in Explorer is because Gather's system won't let me post anything in Firefox. I get an error message instead.
