I'm sure most of you have to divide your holiday time amongst various groups of people. Paul and I have the same problem. It's had to spend time with everyone and make everyone happy and not feel like they are missing out. We've worked out a fairly good system I think. Solstice is for friends (usually, but this year everyone went home because the semester ran longer than the usual fall quarter syetem), Christmas Eve is for Paul's family, and Christmas is with my family. I took my camera along with me to Paul's grandma's house where they had their family get together. Above is the tree all lit up and pretty with all the presents underneith.

Tanner, Paul's youngest brother is Santa's helper at getting the presents out from under the tree and handing them to their Dad (who some how managed to get out of EVERY shot I took. . hrmm.... I'll have to catch im off guard sometime I guess LOL)

Paul's Mom and Paul's other Brother Andy, as Andy Opens our gift (we got him a nice Ohio State Football shirt, since that is his favorite team)

Paul, off guard opens a gift from his step mom.

Andy Looks on as Tanner shreds another present.

Tanner put a bow on his grandma and she left it there the rest of the night LOL

Paul's aunt is in the background as Tanner Poses in front of the tree.
I noticed I didn't get any pictures of what people actually got as gifts LOL whoops, i made the same mistake when I took pictures at Christmas at my family's house (that photo essay will be posted shortly, I'm just trying to stick in chronological order lol). I guess I have photographer's ADD :D
Hope you all enjoyed our Christmas Eve get together with Paul's Family!
