I read this the other day and couldn't believe it! I live in NY and don't even recall hearing about this arrest in the news!

Idiotic. Don't get me wrong as a heterosexual man; I think the female form is beautiful. I would never turn away from a beautiful and sexy woman walking by who just happened to be topless. However for a woman to get $30,000 for going topless is insane. But then again, Paris Hilton made millions flashing her privates.

I remember when the law was passed. It was a big joke around here because I live right on the NY/PA line. We would threaten to run across the border and show our bazookas over to PA. WHY any woman would WANT to be topless is beyond me but I have to say... it's been the law for quite some time so the cop should have known better!
