One night for dinner I made pork ribs. My husband doesn't like BBQ sauce but my kids do. So, what I did for dinner was place all pork ribs with Everglades seasoning with some water in the oven. I let them bake. The water was to keep the pork ribs moist.
I took out the pork ribs, removed a couple pieces for my husband. I proceeded to drain water and replace with BBQ sauce. I cheated this time and used a bottle of BBQ sauce I bought at the store for 2 bottles / 88 cents. I poured the BBQ sauce over the pork ribs and placed them back in the ovenm to cook longer.
The pieces I got out for hubby, I cut in 3 to 4 pieces. Than tossed them in a pan to fry them up. This turned out well enough.
That I plan on doing this more often As the pork ribs were really tender and juicy. I bet they would of tasted great over a bed of rice. Or some fried rice. Maybe turned in to a pulled pork sandwhich. But hubby doesn't like rice either. So, he got his plain. However I did serve corn of the cob to anyone who wanted it along with a small salad for a meal.

Sounds great, and thanks for the link, I was just about to ask you what spices were in everglades seasoning :) Great job on the inexpensive BBQ sauce, BTW!!!
