Our little one is finally home from the vets. The doctor straighten out her leg and put a cast on. We went to visit her but the doctor said that we can take her home. Yeah! I saw her in the cage, looking so sleepy eyed from the anesethia. The nurse took her out and put her on the floor to show us how to hold her while she goes potty. Our little pomeranian sat down then fell right over. lol The cast weighs more than she does. She only weighs 2lbs 3 ozs. Very little with a big cast all the way up her neck. Looks like she is wearing a turtle neck. lol We go back Monday for her check-up and see if everything is ok. The doctor said that it will take 4 weeks to mend and get better. Way better than what the other vets said, saying she needed surgery or have her leg amputated. I really don't think so. I'm so going to report them about this situation. That wasn't right for them to say that to me if all they needed to do was put her in a cast. Just plain simple.
Little miss independence, wants to run around. With that cast she has to rest her leg but, she wants to do what she wants to do, or she will yelp. Little diva girl. lol When I take her outside to go potty, she starts to run. Its so funny because she tries too but her leg is lagging behind her and makes her slow down. lol Too funny. Thank you everyone for your concern and hope she is well soon. That means alot. After what I went through with her breaking her leg and trying to find a vet that worries about the animal not the money. I took some pictures to remember that day and put it in her scrapbook. Thanks again Gather Family.

Several years ago, I had a black lab that got hit by a car during a thunderstorm (she was afraid of loud noises). My ex wanted her put down, but the vet thought she could replace the shattered hip. She did, and the dog lived another 10 years.
I'm very happy for you and your little one.
Janet- she likes to walk on top of the couch like a cat, so between the baywindow and the L-shape couch is where she fell. She hit the window seal with her leg and broken it.
Aunt KD- I sure will. She is such a loving dog. She loves to be in your lap, I guess you can say she is a lap dog. lol
Sorry about the vets.
Blessings ~
