When I lived in Illinois, my husband and I used to always go down to Missouri, to this campsite, that some friends of his family has owned for years and years. Wewould spend weekends, and go canoeing down the river, and fishing, and all sorts of fun stuff!
One of our trips, several years ago, while going down the river, I snapped this photo:

It wasn't until I was later flipping thru and showing my family the pics, that my stepmother turned it sideways and noticed the reflections made some really neat images in the photo!
Here is the image flipped sideways:
and flipped the other way:
and finally upside down, which is pretty much the same as the right way:
I just thought is was so cool, and so did all my family and friends, so my Dad and stepmother took the negatives and had the photo blown up into a couple of VEry large images, they kept one, then gave me two, one to keep regular way, and one to turn sideways!
I have one of them in my bedroom, and just love looking at this photo!
I could stare and stare at it, and still sometimes find new things in the reflections!
What do you see?

This comment and rating of your older gather content was an idea Steve the Legend had on how to give a Christmas gift to our Gather connections. He recently posted an article with the suggestion of checking out older content from before we were connected. You are the 11th connection I have done this with so far. So Merry Christmas to you and your family Amanda!
