Lil ol me has become a GREAT (Auntie) four times over the past year. The family is forever fertile and cute too. Here is my parade of greats...
Meet Elway, yepper, named after Denver Bronco great, John Elway. Elway fit the profile, weighing in at over 10 lbs! Here he's enjoying a bowl of his favorite food, smashed tators, hold the butter! |
Next comes Henry. Lookee the cheeks on this big guy! Henry is named after his ggg-grandfather, the German immigrant and is one of the most content happiest babies I've ever met. |
Ahhh my sweet lil Kenna Marie. Kenna arrived into this world almost six weeks early, scared everyone to death. She's now caught up with her peers and looks "pretty in pink". |
And last but certainly not least is Noelle, nicknamed Noie. Noie is a dead-ringer for her Dad, who looks alot like a cross between Mel Gibson and Jimmy Cagney. |
Well friends that's my parade of greats, stay tuned, the family continues to grow, rumor has it another niece has a bun in the oven! Prolific aren't we? |

When I was a child, I had two very special great aunts - Elizabeth and Emily. They lived with us and they lived to be about 80. They died when I was 16 and 18, so my sister and I had never really thought about them ever being young. We thought they were very old all night long.
When my first great nephew was born, everyone was settling. Then, suddenly, my sister turned to me and said "Amanda, oh no. We're somebody's Aunt Elizabeth and Emily now."
Henry, love the look on that face and what cute cheeks he has.
Kenna, love the smile, she is a doll.
Noie, love the face expression, I bet shes a joy.
