A few weeks back, I used a promo to order some prints from the various fall photos I took of the kids. I was excited, because even though I took photos last year, and ordered prints, I neglected to order 8x10's of last year's photos.
After a long wait, they finally arrived today, so I opened it up and found... not just my kids, but someone elses, too!
I had ordered 3 5x7's of each photo for grandparents, plus 1 8x10 of each photo, for a total of 12 prints. I received 3 each of my children for the 5x7's, but for the 8x10's, I received one of Gilly, 1 of an adorable little baby girl, and 1 of a cute little toddler boy.
No Raegan, no Chris. So, off to Artscow to lodge a complaint. I imagine the 2 photos I ordered went to the person who ordered the prints I received. I've ordered from AC several times without mix up, so who knows what happened. Ah well!
It does say on the order card included with the order that "This order will arrive in multiple shipments." The prints are a great quality, though, so I'm happy with that!

Once in walmart I got the order of the lady in front of me when I was sending the photos in. I got all my photos - just with hers added in too.
I bet it happens a lot more than we know. Hope they straighten it all out!
One of them was a picture of my mom perming my little sisters hair- when she was 4. This was about the time Brooke was graduating from HS at age 19. After looking through the other photos, there were ghost images of the apartment she and my former stepdad were living in at the time.
We still wonder just who in the world would have been developing an old roll at just the right time as someone else we knew, in the 2nd largest city in the state. The odds are just too hard to calculate. It was neat, though!
I had this happen with snapfish & never got the ones that were lost, I did get a credit
