We didn't do a whole lot of shopping, but we did do quite a bit of browsing. In the end, we got the kids each a snow globe, plus some small things for me. Here are some pictures I took at the hotel the next morning.
The whole stash from Cedar Point:

My 2 post cards (these were only $.50 each):

4 pressed pennies- I intend to collect these at places we go this summer as a group souviner.

The Snow Globes- I got one for all 3 kids, plus a mini one for me:

My Miniatures- I have an old press stamp drawer hanging in my kitchen for miniatures, mostly thimbles:

Giant Ink Pens- these are filled with water & glitter, and were only $.93 each. I bought them as prizes for doing work & reading over the summer for the kids.

I forgot to take a photo of my frog when I had my stuff laid out, so I used the photo from the park. I won it having the woman guess my weight (she was almost 20 pounds UNDER my weight- bless her!)

great souvenirs. those are the types of souvenirs I buy when I go places - post cards, magnets, pens and shot glasses.
Great sovenirs from Cedar Point
I love those weight guessing games!! What a compliment, huh?
The snow globes are neat. I might have to get some of those when we go this summer. I've really enjoyed reading your posts and seeing your pictures from Cedar Point. It's making me more and more excited about my trip. Thanks for sharing your experience with us!
The snow globes were cheap, too- two were $3.99, and 1 was $4.99 (i think it was the black tall one that was $4.99).
That's a great price for a souvenir!
They may be expensive for food, but souvenir wise, they're pretty good with prices.
Looks l ike some great souvenirs. I like the frog.
I collect shot glasses from the places I've been. I like the idea of picking up some postcards either to send or save from trips.
We live pretty close to Cedar Point and one of my sons wants to go there this year as a famiily. I am not crazy about the idea. I miss good old Geauga Lake (Six Flags).
I like the frog! I don't think I'd want anyone to guess my weight, however.
I don't think it counts when you're pregnant! :o)
Souvenirs are so much fun!
The woman at the post office always compliments me on weight because she can't see my hips and thighs under the counter. :)
Really nifty souvenirs! I still have my treasured souvenirs from my whole life, so they are always a good investment.
Which thimble is for me? LOL
Auntie M
you got some great stuff!
Stuff like that is so cool. I still use my keychain that I bought in Branson MO in 1999.
I love pressed pennies. I have gotten so many over the years and I wished that I have saved them.
great little memories of what you saw and where you went!!
Those are great pictures that will make a great memory
