Page view counts continue to increment, and they never reset after a period of time.

However, page view counts can be inaccurate as members can cause more than one view to be counted. Thus, the number of members/people viewing your post may actually be less than what the counter indicates.

Today, it isn't moving at all...been making comments, posts and still at the same as when I first clicked on this morning. (heck, I am still waiting on my 500 points I won, I really want to cash out for my gift certificate before I move)
