How do you make 3000 points in a month?

I accidently titled this How do you make 3000 posts in a month...I changed it...but did you know to make 3000 posts in a month you would have to post close to 100 posts a day!!!

Oh my. You don't sleep ever, you post and comment continuously without a break and maybe you can get 3000 points in a month. Maybe.

You can make 3,000 points in a month, but for newer members it's a bit of an uphill battle. If you are fairly active in the community commenting, posting/publishing and reading you can earn between .18 and .23 cents an hour (on average). Most members earn much less, and newer members have a lower rate of earning.

I always recommend just having fun, and participate in only those activities you enjoy. If you forget the points they will start to add up before you know it.

I made 3000 points in a month just before they did away with the cash option, so it didn't really make a difference to me(plus I would have chosen the gift cards anyway). I just did it by tons of commenting. I didn't post very many of my own articles at the beginning and am just starting to now. So I made all 3000 by commenting and views, but seem to be more well rounded with posts I've created, pictures, and comments now.

I've been on since November and I still haven't made 3000 points. I think it's a combination of friends, groups, posts and views. I've noticed the people who seem to score a bunch of points are extremely active on here.

Beats me... fast typers that don't read anything, LOL?

Be active. Post content. View and comment on the content of others. Just have fun with the site and the points will come.

I have no idea, unless a person just lives on here, 24/7......LOL!!!!!!! I think it's best to not be so concerned with the points and just do what you feel comfortable with doing.......this should be fun, not a "job!"

I'm lucky if I get 25 points per day. I have been less focused on the points this month (like Kevin recommended), and just commented, and ranked my little heart out.

I actually just posted an article privately to a few people yesterday about how I earn points here. I'd say I earn over 200 a day right now, on average. It's only 11am, and I've earned 215 points since my last written point mark last night at 9pm.

I'm active- VERY active. I post a lot- videos, photos, articles. I view a LOT, as well- every video that gets posted, I view. Lots of photos, and any article where the topic interests me.

For February, I've got an average daily point total of 285.8 points per day. I've almost hit 3000 for February- 2858 points so far since February 1st.

Well, I agree with what someone else said here, read only what you want to read and the points will come. Posting is a great way to earn points while you are busy doing something else or sleeping. Posting and viewing but I suggest pacing yourself. You don't make that much and would make more working at a minimum wage job. I just made my first 625 points mark today but I also became active in the last month and very active in the last couple of weeks where I am viewing and commenting on other's work. I only comment if I want or have the urge and only rate when it is a 10 and ignore the rest. Also a tip for everyone: I read friends stuff first, than some group stuff until the internet doesn't load any of the material and sometimes venture off with other material I am looking for. Also another thing: I personally will open posts of interest AND a creative title. I try to make my titles creative and sometimes I fail at this but I think that is key, that and joining enough groups and posting particular articles to certain groups like if you want to post about your dog, join a bunch of dog lover groups and post away! I joined yesterday and I have one whole point! I am having a hard time finding how to get points. I am guessing I will get points be reading, writing, ranking, and commenting. Am I on the right track?

I don't care about 3000, I'd be happy with half that!

Write good posts, join groups, post to them continally. One other thing - angst and negativity gets old quickly, have fun with your writings and make people either think or smile.

Post to lots of groups... some people copy and paste comments to photos. I have never quite made it as I enjoy slowly bouncing around on here. Dan H. has done it - and several others too.. Keep up the good work.
