Naps

Do you like naps? I love them. My husband and I took one today. Sundays are especially great for naps.

However, my son did NOT end up ever falling asleep. This is day 2 of him missing his nap. He should take advantage because the older you get, the less time you get for naps!

I nap every day from 4:15-6 pm. It's my post-work/pre-dance nap!

I miss my naps!!! I will never forget those words of wisdom "sleep when the baby sleeps"... It becomes ritualistic and then the children outgrow the nap phase, but I still desire those precious naps... I want one now, but I am supposed to be cleaning... Then again, I am here on Gather avoiding cleaning anyways... (Getting sleepy now) :)~ NAPS ROCK!!!

My wife loves napping, so I usually read or work next to her while she takes 'em! I can't seem to get into the napping groove myself.

Because I can't be very physically active, i don't sleep long at night, and I end up taking a nap sometime during the day. I love nights.

I love naps, when I have the time to take one. Now that I am working pretty much full time, I don't have that much time to take naps, but I try to take one whenever possible.

I can't make it through the day without a nap especially if I've driven anywhere. Why didn't your little boy take a nap for two days? Is he running the roost? Maybe he needs a na na like his Papa. (Private joke)

I have to nap every once and a while. It helps to be smart about your naps by taking a few extra minutes to ensure you won't wake up from being uncomfortable to get the most out of your nap. I blogged about it on my buzz blog on prevention.com.
