Wow, really nice article -- I'm glad to see that good things still can happen in todays world. Some days I feel very cynical about it all, so it's good to read about something like this!

I'm jealous. LOL. All I've ever recieved was some homemade candles, candy and cards. He-he. No, seriously I would love that and the generousity of that woman is wonderful. Hopefully the waitress will use it for its intended use.

What a wonderful random act of kindness! I'm assuming the check DID clear, right?! (I'm being cynical and sarcastic here, folks!)

Just goes to show you, an act or action that you may do for someone may seem insignificant to you, but can change another's life...great story!

It is an act of freak nature for that happen in my mind.call me scepticle but something like that would never happen to me in my wildest dreams.
