Today I'd like to share some really scenes we saw at Murrells Inlet in South Carolina. We love to go here after dinner and walk the boardwalk. It's such a lovely place to take a walk. They have live entertainment on one side of the pie
r and the other side has many good places to eat and socialize.
This is one view from the boardwalk.

Boats coming in to dock.

Some parts have sidewalk instead of boardwalks and they embedded the cement with shells for a nice effect.

On the land across from the water is this little spot where there are goats and peacocks living in the wild.

I didn't get a picture of the goats, but here are three peacocks. One was an albino. None of them performed by opening their tails for us. We waited, but it didn't happen.
The scenery is magnificent.

This is Creek Ratz, a restaurant which has a large lawn and live bands. Last year we saw a wedding reception here. This year it looked like it was a company's picnic.
As you walk along the boardwalk you also have Dead Dog Saloon. It always is noisy and sounds like everyone is having a good time.
And Spuds
Which is really pretty.
And a better view of Dead Dog Saloon:

And a few more good pla
ces to eat!

Wahoos

So just dock your boat and pick a place to have a great meal and hang out for awhile.
The view is spectacular as you walk around the boardwalk.

And the night is starting to get dark and wouldn't be complete without a picture of the last bit of light.
I got so carried away with photographing all the boats and yachts that I will leave that for another essay. Also, two men came in with a whopper of a fish and that will have to be an essay on it's own. So watch for more to come from Myrtle Beach, SC.
