I posted a story last night at http://www.gather.com/viewArticle.jsp?articleId=281474977404518 about BooksforSoldiers.com, and why it needs people to donate money to stay alive. I just joined your group, which I remember helping me out years ago, when I was first diagnosed with MS. I had a long, long talk with a vet in Jersey, about wheelchairs, suicidal thoughts, etc. That man probably saved my life.
Anyway, I tried adding the group to the groups I'd already shared the story with, to no avail. So I'm reposting the link here, and here's the link for BFS donations: http://booksforsoldiers.com/donate.php. If you belong to Support Veterans, you probably already know about this site. How it helps soldiers. What you may not know is how much it helps civilians like me.
