June 20 Shades of Green on Walt Disney World Resort is pleased to announce its “Salute to Our Veterans” Program, which is designed to give all military veterans who have received an honorable discharge (verified by current DD-214), the opportunity to vacation at Shades of Green during the months of January and September. If you are currently active duty, retired with 20 years or more years of service or a 100 percent disabled veteran, please visit the resort’s standard Web site at www.shadesofgreen.org. Shades of Green on WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort is an Armed Forces Recreation Center located in Central Florida. The newly expanded Shades of Green is the only AFRC located in the continental U.S.
