I am saddened and shocked about Chana

I have been so busy with recording and touring that I have not been on gather much...the last person to Ping me was my friend Chana....she was going to write a poem about me...her vision of me in the villiage in the 60's with a cigarette was what she pinged....somebody please tell me what happened, was it sudden, what happened...Please

She passed away due to a heart attack. Many of us are still in a state of shock. There have been many tributes to our beautiful friend. I wrote several, myself.

I'm in good company because she had said she wanted to write a poem for me, too! Sadly, she never got the chance.

Yes, she passed away awhile ago. A few months now. It was a heart attack. It was very sad. I had just gotten a long email from her - a private one.

I an socked she was so vibrant and a wonderful person...sorry we never got to meet personally...but she was so complementary, and understood the troubled artist.....
