No Points, No Articles... Who are these sick people? ;)

My points haven't budged all day.  I've been commenting all day too.  Hmm, I'm getting nowhere (certainly not to Border's) fast.  I'll never get another gift card.  Also, I tried to post an article but nothing showed up.  Is this some kind of sick twisted joke.  Lol. 

Anyone else whose points haven't changed all day today?  and  What's up with our disappearing articles?  Hopefully, this one will post.  I am crossing my fingers as I type.  Ahahaha.

The articles not showing up has been going on quite a bit. I'm not getting all of my notices, but my points are moving slowly. I'm not getting as many comments the past few days...but, maybe my writing is just lousy!!!

My points are steadily climbing. I was down to 0 on the first and today they stand at over 1,000. I average gaining100 points a day. But that means adding at least 10 -20 new people daily plus joining the same amount of new groups plus the normal posting comments , articles , & photos.

I don't write many articles but I try to comment on other people's. Mine don't budge much either. At this rate, I don't think I'll ever get a gift certificate! lol, good luck to you!!

Well, I can see your article posted. Also, sometimes it takes a while for your points accumulated to show and then you'll see a jump.

I've noticed points dont always update right away. If you dont see a change in a day or two I would write Gather support.

Thanks Dan I have just noticed that it jumped 6 points. So it is moving slowly but surely.

Disclaimer: I sure hope Gather knows that I was just having fun with this article. I have no complaints for Gather. I really enjoy my time here.

"Another gift card"????? Waaaaaaaa I'm still working on my first one. Started at the beginning of July, took two weeks of for vacation (though I did sneak on to do some comments), but here I am just hovering over 700. So every night I get on here and devote and hour or two. Mabe I'll get there at some point.

I don't think you get many points if any for commenting. The only time I seem to get points if someone comments on my articles.

I had an article which partially disappeared but I reposted it. Points are sort of stagnant tho I have made a ton of comments.

I too lost an article this morning when I went in to make an edit. Then the article disappeared. Everything is so slow and am getting now for over a week the day befores mail til at least 3 or 4 everyday. Anyone else?? Oh, also am not receiving my connections notices of new articles or notices of my connections commenting on mine. So, I don't know what to do? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

I have never seen my points go up during the day. But I have seen the total amount increase the next day! I don't know why I have never seen my points go up the same day I am active?
