What is your Saturday like?

Quiet, which is good. But I am a little sick from my methotrexate (chemo drug) injection. Hoping to have a quiet dinner this evening and later snuggle with hubby and watch movies.

We just got in from our first baseball game of the day. Kolten played a really great game. That's my boy! LOL His team won 10-3, and are undfeated for the season, with only a few weeks left.

We have Klayten's game at five this evening, and will have to be back at the park by 4:30.

Afterwards, as usual I will have a house full of kids ranging in age from 7-14.........all loud, rambunctious rowdy boys! Ahhh...............the joys of motherhood! LMAO

Good and bad. I got up and ate to much Coco Puffs then did the laundry, most of it anyway. Then I drank some orange juice, farmers style with the pulp. It was foggy outside so I got scared a little. Then I went for a drive to the hills and went for a hike. Found some bees along the trail and got a little scared. A dog - big black shephard collie mix with a red collar came at me down the trail, it had a red collar that concerned me. Then his owner came after and he had a hearing aid, I was affraid because he talked funny and I don't think he liked me. I told him his dog was nice but he didn't hear me, so I hurried back home before I got a sunburn because I forgot my hat. Then I had some more juice with the pulp - but I didn't shake the carton because it mixes air with the vitamins and what-not in the juice and oxidizes them until its worthless - so I just swished it in a circle and drank it straight from the carton. I like my milk that way too. I drink lots of milk, but I don't really like cows at all due to the horns and utters.

It is my husband's birthdays, but not much time for celebrating.

My youngest is in a soccer tournament, so he has two games today. They tied this morning 1-1. He is on his way to the second.

My middle one is making a mess in the house and gave the dog a bath.

My oldest had to work this morning and he has is spring dance tonight, so we got the job of getting his corsage for him. We just took him to get a haircut, We are the drivers, so we are going to dinner at the same restaraunt as he and his friends. So, we will at least get to go out to eat for Brian's birthday. (Except now he asked another set of parents to go with us that we don't know all that well AND of course, only the mom can go.)

My Saturday is bad today, normally I do very well at the dentist office but todayI had an apt just for a cleaning and exam and as soon as she tilted me back, I had a severe panic attack and was so dizzy, I thought I was going to die and I couldn't even let her know what was wrong and that I needed to sit up, she was very nice about the whole thing but I was so damn embarrassed; this has never happened at the dentist before; she is the hygenist and is nice but still..... she offered to let me reschedule or do it sitting up and after a while, I told her to do it sitting up since I was there. So now, I have the tiredness that comes along with an attack. I'm getting tired of this. I had just taken a med before I went in. But, it is nice out, that has to count for something.

I am having a good day. Did a few errands, laundry & went on a long walk.

It's going... Did some yard work, spending some online time and then seeing some friends. Hopefully the rest will be uneventful. I need to catch up on sleep.

Going okay....got up and felt great, did some time on-line, did two loads of laundry, fed the dogs, and then I started to notice a stiff neck setting in. I can't turn my head to the right as the pain is so bad. Spent some time with hubby once he got in from the overnight shift. He went to bed and the baby and I went to the library. Then to Wal-Mart and then to get some gas for the car. I seem to be filling the tank every 2-3 days now that my hubby works so far away! Now, I am back home and ready for a few more hours on the computer, before I have to start getting ready for my hubby to start getting ready for work again. Looks like we are going to get some rain, maybe some thunder, too!

Angie - I can totally sympathize. I also have panic attacks at the dentist. Once I almost passed out since I was hyperventilating. The poor dentist didn't know what to do! lol. I also take a med for the pa's, and I understand how the attacks leave you feeling so drained! I get them when I have my eye's dilated and sometimes when I have blood drawn. Otherwise, they are all due to other circumstances (being closed in, once while I was kayaking, and during presentations).

I got the weeds whacked, my wife got two more cats, now we have 10 cats here. What kind of day would you call that?

Mines going good. I finally got a run in and a little shopping now I just need to start that housework. Ugh...

It is cold by me!!, I saw Shrek 3 and my friend drove over 80 on the highway....

I'd have to say fair.
I've gotten laundry done and had good coffee.
Talked to a good friend on the phone too.
Watched a movie with my kiddo but not much else accomplished that
I'd hoped for because the dh is in a bad mood.
He's taking a nap right now so hopefully he'll be back to his usual sweeter
self when he wakes up.

Wasn't too bad. Had my daughter's soccer game at 10am. They won 1-0. It was the first win of the season (they have played 3 games already). Had a small spat with the husband. He went to work. I am now catching up on Gather and doing some laundry while waiting for the NASCAR All Star Race to start. The girls are finally playing quitely and not fighting. Enjoy the rest of your night!

Better than anticipated considering it started with a burial. Amazing how things can actually brighten a day. Thanks for asking !

We worked in the garden for a couple of hours until it got too hot....read the newspaper, ate lunch and plan to go back out around 5 when the son is lwoer in the sky and do some more work in the garden.

Clearing, weeding, planting more herbs and verggies, etc.........LOVE IT

Mine was okay too, got up, went to the gym for about 1 hr. and 45 minutes, felt wonderful..went to work for 3 hours..did laundry..and now I am here.

It sucks. I don't usually use language like that, but it's the only way to describe it.

Took a nap.

Amanda, I can relate. I had an unusually emotionally draining day. Hurry up Sunday!

My Saturday is finally almost over. My days off are in the middle of the week, so this was a work day as will be tomorrow. Plus it was a "bad" day for my Fibromyalgia so it was a hard one to get through...but on the good side of things (and I always try to find something good about each day!)...The weather was wonderful and I got a free sample in the mail! - plus I have a wonderful husband, a fun dog, and great friends that all go together to make for a great day to be thankful for.

I got up at 7:am set stuff out for a yard sale. We are moving in a couple of weeks. So I had a lot of stuff to get rid of. I made about 80.00 . Last week I took some things over to the flea market and made about 230.00. The rest I will have to take with us.lol. Then me and the wife went to bingo. She hit 150.00. 10:pm ,we are back home . The wife is watching tv . I'm Gathering.lol. It helps me relax. Next I'll check my lottery numbers and see if I have to go to work monday.

I had a pretty good saturday. nothing special just hug out with the family and went to the grocery store. other then that had to work at 11pm but all in all it was good

My Saturday was crazy. We spent 12 hours in the capital city at the park, a surprise fair, the zoo and shopping.

A nice day to celebrate our anniversary.. only it was terribly hot the early part of the day.

Then we came home to notice Gideon had developed a fever and was horribly sick, so I sat with him all night and did my best to help him be comfortable as possible.

Thankfully today he seems back to normal.
