So what is that comment?  Uniting?

Obama is thin skinned, and he better toughen up for the ride ahead.  This is nothing in comparison to what will be said if he takes the nomination. 
Just look at Bush who was at one time the most popular president ever!

I can't believe Obama called McCain naive. McCain has much more experience on world affairs than Obama and to call a man that spent years a POW naive is just plain stupid. Worse is that borrowed the word from Clinto who called him naive. Maybe he gets aways with references to age, but this is a mistake that will backfire.

The President's remarks were stupidly political and politically stupid. if there can be any doubt that this man has no clout in the middle east just reflect that after promising the Saudi's additional weapons and a pledge to defend their borders they refused to raise oil production. Mr Bush's legacy will be I gave away the store

The more Senator McCain echos the Bush policy the better chance he has of loosing the election. The fact that he is a Vietnam veteran does not qualify him for anything,
There are thousands of Vietnam veterans wandering the street with no jobs and no medical assistance, which the Republicans had 8 years to do something about but just looked the other way

I have yet to figure out why Bush's comment is so news worthy. The topic of the comment has been brought up before but was never an issue.

Is it because he said it to the country that would be most affected by "apeasing our enemies"? (And in South Dakota today, Obama DID refer to them as our enemies.)

For anyone to believe the King George's comments weren't aimed Democrats and specificly Obama is the one who is naive.
McCain is extremely naive when it comes to foreign affairs. His Bible is Mahan's "The Influence of Sea Power on History." That was a ground breaking book of military historiography in the late 19th century. Unfortunately it was written before airplanes and nuclear weapons. It was also written when wars still had battles and clearly defined "sides." McCain believes that military force is the answer, even before he knows the question.

Me thinks he doth protest too much. And Bush had a point, it is not like we can sit down over coffee and settle these problems. Anyone that thinks that it the answer is the one that is naive.

I don't think Bush's stupid remarks were that newsworthy. If he was talking about Obama or not Obama better get tougher or he will not get far in this nasty game he has chosento be in.
