How sweet. This made me think of that book "Are You My Mother?" LOL We've been spending our time watching the mockingbirds feed the mockingbird babies next to our porch. The kids are loving it.

This is such a great series of shots. The picture of live as "survival-struggle." We are all pretty vulnerable, aren't we? But we are also given what we need, tenaciously to move on.

We have lots of grackles, but I've never seen a baby. You take such great pictures Nanina. I think grackles sound soooo tropical, even though they are not tropical birds.

How wonderful is this? Nanina I loved the little one...I had one who kept getting caught in the cold waterfall..I kept removing him....hope he is big today.
