Do Pictures Matter???

Do you tend to click on a post that has a picture attached more often than one that doesn't?

I ask because I usually don't attach a picture to my post but after my vacation I've got a bunch of pictures and so i'm attaching them to different posts now.

I, personally, don't care whether or not a posts has a pic attached to it unless the picture is super intriguing.

More likely than not it's the TITLE of a POST that catches my eye and draws me in. How about you? What captures your attention?

I use e-mail notification so I would know if a picture was attached or not. I read posts that have interesting titles.

Usually it is the title or the comments by those on my "Friends List" that leads me to a post. What can I say? I'm a comment stalker.

Hey Lady, I look at all your pictures because you've got adorable kids. I like looking at your pictures. They're enjoyable to me. I can now attach the name of your family members to their pictures. The only other time I think someone should attach a picture is if it's relevant to the post or if they are posting a recipe. I like looking at pictures so it's alright by me.

It's the title or the author that reels me in, not the picture as much.

Author, title, photo grab my attention, in that order. I must say I'm always happy to find there are also photos when I get to the post, I'm a visual person!
Different things capture my attention on different days. I guess I have Gather Attention Deficit Disorder, LOL.
Usually, though, it's either the title of the post, or a comment on that post that comes up in my feed which leads me to view it. I also view friends' posts to see what they're writing, and their pictures to see what they've been up to. I don't comment on most of what I view - only when I have something to say or want to make sure the writer/photographer knows I was there.

I'm usually drawn to the title first. I think a picture can help a post in making it more interesting but generally I go by the title. Lady, you have posted some great pictures of yourself and your family.

No, I click on the ones that are something I am interested in. I look at all the posts before responding. I delete the ones that I have already responded to on a different list and the ones that are of no interest whatsoever. I do this because I do not have the time to answer every single one. Sorry if people put a lot of work into their posts. I am only on for a certain amount of time each day. I respond to as many as I can. If there are ones that have pictures, I comment on the post itself and then if there are pictures attached, I comment on some of the pictures too.

Generally its the title that draws me in. Sometimes its the subject matter. In some cases I think pictures do add a flair to a post, and sometimes give us a better understanding of what the post is about.

I get notified in e mail, and I am more prone to answer people posts than group posts. I always make sure to see certain people's pictures, every time.
Title mostly. Sometimes I'll look just to find out what the picture has to do with the article.

Usually the title is what I look at. I have my friends set to notify me when they post something and if I am interested I will take a peek. I comment when I have something to say ... LOL ... like now :-)

I receive emails letting me know if my friends have posted something new. I try to get to comment on all with/without pics. Then it's usually the title, or comments that were posted
