I've been toying around with the idea of starting a small business for the past decade or so. Well, the local community college is offering a short certificate program entitled, "Starting your small business" which at least in theory is supposed to give its graduates real, usable, practical advice on how to start a successful small business in this state, and this community in particular. So, I have limited free time and below zero money so it totally makes sense to sign up right? Well, I hope so since I completed the registration and paid the tuition this morning. Classes start in two weeks. Yep, already a little nervous....
