OK, click on 'Articles' and there are some nasty images that come up in thumbnails.......I don't want to see this when I click on 'Images'! Isn't there a moderator of some sort that prevents this? jeez.....

Mature content containing nudity is allowed on Gather, as long as the images are not overtly sexual or pornographic in nature. If you see images that violate this policy, then we are encouraged to report them as inappropriate.
You can also choose to not see any content of a sexual nature by turning on that portion of your Guarded Viewing filter.
I never had this happen to me. Some jerk must have put some unrelated tags on their pics to bait people and associate their pics with this subject matter.
Just click on the Adult button when you change your mail preferences. I say that I don't want to see adult content and there you go, I only see clean stuff!
I have reported the images published today, however they are still appearing in image listings. Once content is reported it should no longer be visible to the entire community. Evidently this is not working as intended, or Gather has modified the rules governing reported content.
Well, I'm at work so I'm not going to click on it, but I've seen plenty of stuff on Gather that I feel is inapproriate. There are millions of other websites those kinds of people can go to, they don't need to be posting here on Gather IMO.
This happened last summer also. Really raunchy images were being posted, lots of them. I stayed away from gather for a while and when i returned they were gone, so I don't know if they were removed by gather or just faded in the background.
Well, dawg, I didn't read any descriptions here! Where, what, now I gotta see! Something that actually would disgust me too?? Dawg, I know, curiosity killed the cat, but don't you know that I heard satisfaction brought it back! Nudity, wouldn't see any problem there, but I do gots 3 rules, if broken, well, that I guess I'd consider raunchy certainly..
