In addition to banning the use of the words"cute, pretty and nice" when commenting on picturess in my new photography group "Cute, Pretty and Nice Not Allowed" (please join).... what other words do YOU think are completely overused in image comments?

sorry I used the word 'cute'...didn't know it was banned....how about 'sweet?' or adorable? the little boy is handsome.....

I am not in the group, but sometimes "nice picture" is all I can say when I have no idea what to say. After you have seen 10 picuture of the same child or the same dog what are you supposed to say?

I don't know. Maybe people will just post their pictures, then only view ones by others.

sorry I dont think any thing should be banned people say how they feel about an images who are we to tell them what is OK

I meant this all in a more light hearted manner. I just noticed the overuse of certain words ie nice, cute and thought some people might enjoy both the challenge of using new words and reading more interesting feedback... of course you can still post what you think

I have to agree with Karen, sometimes everything has allready been said, and if something or someone is cute or sweet...... well, what other word could you use?

I'm guilty as charged for over using the word cute,Hmmmm or my :)) But you can't ban them..
Sometimes I leave a smile face to show I was there, I like to leave a little comment on some and a big comment on others depending on my mood and how often I had seen that type of photo..We my have to break out the "Thesauras" for this on I have not a clue where mine is at the moment the kids are always using it for thier reports.

How about banning 'good', '10', 'like', 'wonderful', 'excellent', and 'Gather'?
