Redeem points .. not working?

Ok I tried to go to redeem some of my points and I can't even get to it. Is it not working at all right now or is it just me? I clicked on the blue points by my name as I had done before and this time it is not working .. anyone else tried?

yes I have tried too and it didn't work for me either...i've heard that if you sign out and then back in it helps...didn't help me though...

I always have to sign out then back in before it works for me...

I guess they gave you the only thing I could tell you - they mentioned going on the page, and you know where the old sign in box was supposed to be? Sign out at the top of the page, and it should show up where you can sign in.

If that doesn't work, let help.gather.com know, or maybe email support@gather.com

I dunno, I haven't tried since the ugrade. I visited the page once, couldn't do anything, said screw it, and went back to trying to figure out the rest of the mess! Good luck!

When this happens, I just empty the trash and delete all the private data like cookies and stuff like that.

I just tried and it worked for me.
Go to "help" at the top of your page and it will bring up your list of topics. Choose the one about redeeming your Gather points. You will get a link then which says "See all Gather Points offers."

That's how I did it. Mine didn't work the old way either.

I did go to the blue points link then logged out and logged back in and it did go to the points redemption! Thanks a bunch everyone!

Only 250 more points and I will have another $25 home depot card!

I just today had to sign out of gather, then sign back in. Then it worked.

I had no problem
I clicked HELP on this page, opening it in another window.
I then clicked FAQ, then how to redeem points, got there & noticed it was asking me to log in. (I was already logged in) I logged out, and back in, clicked on the same thing again & it let me.
