I can't publish images anymore. It'll let me pick them out, but no matter how long I wait or what I do, it never loads. Why is it doing this, how to fix it???
Is it for an article? Cause I found something weird that happens when I am uploading pics...it acts like I have 2 of that article...so I will go back to the article screen & then it will tell me I have one in editing process & one waiting to be published & so I will delete the waiting to be published one & go out of the whole thing & come back in & then start trying to upload the photos again & it usually works...probably a glich in the system... Another thing could be it isn't in the right format? I had that happen a few times...which is frustrating! They need to get a multiple uploader like most sites are doing now...
the grey bar thingy thats beside where you hit the button to upload it or whatever, it never changes anything, like its not even loading on that page, let along me being able to get anywhere.
Sometimes if it's running slow and I did all the clean up things like catch and toolbars, I just shut down for a couple hours and then it works later, maybe a coincedence I don't know.
I tried to day to publish an article and finally shut down the browser and restarted it. I also had a window decide that I needed very small type--I shut that one down too. It's just a glitch--sunspots or something.
The only day that happened to me was when Gather was having a technical issue which lasted for about 8 hours. Try tomorrow and I'm sure you'll have good luck.
do a search (upper right conner) for gather guides or gather support and they should be able to help you. Usually the problem corrects itself the next day.
THE EXACT SAME THING IS HAPPENING TO ME. IT IS DRIVING ME CRAZY. I have been on here for several months now. It lets me pick out the pic, and then I push upload and it just sits there and nothing ever happens. I have so many cute pictures I want to share. It's frustrating.
