I should be at work right now, unfortunately, I can barely get out of bed. My back is very painful right now. The last week I've been having all sorts of problems, but today I was up real early because it was spasming and just hurting a lot. So I lay in bed today and hope against hope that I will be able to return to work tomorrow!!! At leat it gives me time to rate and comment on gather!!!

Unsolicited advice: Do you have a good chiro? Massage therapist? Have you tried yoga or pilates to strengthen natural core girdle? Oh and eat bananas - helps with muscle spasms due to lack of potassium - we lose a lot of essential minerals, etc., in summer.
