What one thing did you say would would NEVER...

Remember when you were younger and you always said that one day when you were a mom or dad you would NEVER do or say _____ ?

I have finally given in. My son is 10 and it's official. I am now my mom!

I have several sayings that I find flowing out of my mouth before I can stop them, like:

"You better eat that, there are starving children in this world...we don't waste food!"

or one of my personal favorites as a child

"because I SAID so..."

Anyone else? What do you say or do that you thought you never would as a parent?

I said that to my fiance yesterday. I'm not even a mom yet and it slipped! COME ON!! :(

My mom used to say 'how does it feel to want?' when my sister or I would say we wanted something instead of my we please have something. my daughter said I want...the other day and I said the same thing...how does it feel to want? Surprisingly my 3 year old got the sracasm and added please!
