I doubt it. That's a deep core issue and it would be a source of never-ending discomfort. Unless we both had the same attitude--both devout or both lapsed. I think lapsed would work better. I dunno. I'm thankful that my husband and I are on the same page.
I would have to say yes, because im a firm believer in everyone is entitled to there own thoughts and/or beliefs. My hubby and I are both Catholic and grew up Catholic, so I really thought about it. But it would not change the way I think or feel about someone.
I was going to say something stupid like, 'What's God got to do with love?', but it doesn't sound right. I'd date or marry someone who doesn't share the same religion. It doesn't matter to me who they believe or don't believe in. They're not going to change my thinking, so it doesn't matter what they practice.
They don't have to have the exact same beliefs, but we should agree on all the major points. The reason why I say this is because I feel that marriage is a bond between a couple and God, so spiritual beliefs are key.
Yes, I would and I have. Our moral beliefs, however, are on the same page so we basically think very much alike without being raised in the same religion.
My husband and I have different religions. So my answer is, yes, definitely I would. I enjoy having discussions with him on our beliefs even though we don't agree, we respect one another's thoughts and opinions and it makes for interesting conversations. As long as he doesn't try to convert me to his way, I'm happy.
Yes, although I've found it isn't easy. It's seems better to date or marry within your same religious beliefs or at least with both partners having strong christian values and beliefs.
My husband and I share pretty much the same ethics and moral beliefs...our spiritual beliefs are very different. I believe in the Bible and he does not, generally speaking. I try to not curl my lip too much when he makes comments I totally disagree with and just do not get into it. Sometimes silence is golden... sometimes I challenge him. It just depends on the subject. You have to choose your arguments carefully!

I wouldn't be able to date someone who had beliefs that were very much different than mine. My beliefs are too much a part of who I am, and I would want someone on the same page as me, because it makes things easier. My husband and I are the same religion, and have very similar beliefs. My parents' beliefs are very different, and I didn't want to raise children of my own in a similar environment.
I don't think I would. If not for God, my husband and myself would have parted ways long ago. God is the glue that has held our marriage together. As far as denomination goes....that is no big deal to me. But it would be important for him to be a Christian.
I would neither date nor marry someone with differing spiritual beliefs. My beliefs govern everything I do; plus the Bible teaches against being "unequally yoked with unbelievers."
