For a long while now my daughter has been asking me or her daddy to have a tea party with her. Not just water in her play set, but actual tea with a snack. I know, sounds such a simple thing to do. We just get so busy sometimes, don't we? But there it was on my to-do list.
I called her and her brothers in from playing outside. The older two had no interest in this, but her younger brother was all for it. We each picked out our favorite mug -- I'm not quite ready to let them use the good tea cups! We finished off the cupcakes pulled from Walmart's bakery clearance rack last week, and had some fun conversation and a good time.
We'll have to do this again soon.
