My sophomore has his first school dance tonight. I think I am worse than he is. I hope I don't embarrass him when I am taking pictures. Unfortunatly for him, we are the drivers for him and his friends. We are having dinner at the same restaraunt as the kids. (We aren't sitting near them).
You might want to wish him luck with me there. I PROMISE I am going to behave and not embarass him! Have any of you embarrassed your son or daughter?

Don't worry about embarassing him. You're there!! You are taking the pictures that he'll want to look at once he's graduating. You're driving him and his friends to their dance. You're doing the right thing by eating at the same restaurant but not insisting you sit with them. You DO have to eat, right? :)
I think it is great they let you eat in the same restaurant with them. Mine would of made me sit in the car, go across the street to McDonalds or find a ride with a friend.
