Man, life can sure get hectic in a very short time. One minute things are going great and then boom, something major hits. That is what happened to me yesterday. I apologize for posting such a short Today On Gather Article for you to view. It was beyond my control though. Sometimes we just have to pick and choose what the most important things are in our life. I hope today's article will make up for yesterdays. Hope you are enjoying life to the fullest. I am so sorry for such a short article yesterday. I am also sorry for an incorrect link that I posted to one of the Group Spotlights. Although I did correct it in the article later in the day, I am so afraid that some of you may not have been able to find the group. So to make it up to the group owner and to you - the community. I am only going to spotlight that group today.
Faith has just started a new group called Mothers Day 2008. Can you believe it is nearly Mothers Day already? This new group is a place to celebrate your love for Mom!!! Choo! Choo! Something For The Kids
May 10th marks Amtrak anniversary of the completion of the first transcontinental railway at Promontory, Summit Utah in 1869. Gather will be celebrating all month with great contests and fun. The first contest is for the kids. 10 members will receive a copy of The little Choo-choo Book and Train Set! First you will want to make sure you are a member of the All Aboard Group. Kids love to cook. I have such wonderful memories of my kids in the kitchen. Carroll Beauvais has published a recipe for "Bread Bears" They are so cute.
