I will not be publishing the "Today On Gather" article for the rest of this week. I am having surgery today April 2nd and will be in the hospital for a few days. I will miss each of you very much. However, I know this article is in good hands. My daughter Victoria H will be publishing the article for the Thursday and Friday edition. I am sure you will be pleased with her updates. Thanks Victoria!.

Now is your chance to tell the Gather team just what you think about the point program as it currently exists. Tom will be having a live chat with you on Wednesday April 2nd @ 1 PM Eastern Time (early afternoon). The chat will take place on Pam Johnson's article. If you cannot make it to the chat, you can leave a comment with your opinion, questions or concerns and Tom will answer them.

April is National Child Abuse Month. It just breaks my heart to think of the innocence of a child taken away in such a cruel manner. The children who have been abused will forever have their lives changed. Nash Hasan has written a book of poetry that tells of the pains of some of these youth. You can read some poetry from his book right here on Gather. He is the kind of author who can make the reader feel the pain of the character in the poem. Remember: Together, we can make a difference.
This week - The Green Group will be discussing POWER and renewable energy sources. Click here to
