Our good friend Sherry W (happypinkbunnies) is expecting a baby very soon & since we're all so happy for her, let's throw her a virtual baby shower right here on Gather!


There's a big sister and big brother at home who are very anxious to meet their new baby sibling! We are all going to have a great time and Sherry will pass along any messages to them so they'll also be included in the fun.




Come back and join us HERE tomorrow, Wednesday April 30th at 8pm Eastern Time. I sure hope you can make it so we can express our joy for the new addition to their family. (no gifts are needed, just your smiling face)

Hi and congratulations to you all! Big sisters and big brothers are very important as they can be a big help to mom when baby comes home. The baby will quickly bond with you as well as mom so hold & kiss the baby as much as you can! See that mom gets plenty of rest so she can keep up with all three of you. New babies are so soft and smell sooo good! I'll try to make the caht but if I don't, have a great time & hope you will post pics of the baby soon!

Thanks for adding the link to your baby pool, Sherry - that's a really neat idea. When I was pregnant with Rylan I didn't do a pool like that, but sent people to a place online where they could help choose his name.

So... the brass tacks...

My EDD is 6/22. Both of my other kids came reasonably close to their due dates.

It's been a challenging pregnancy with lots of morning (ha ha) sickness and a bleed at 12 weeks that was NO fun at all.
