I was just wondering how many of you out there who have had or are expecting a child planned your pregnancies? I am 5 months pregnant with my first child...who was a BIG surprise! My now husband and I had talked about having children, but we werent exactly planning it to happen when it did! We got engaged on my birthday in April and were planning to get married next year. I was so happy he proposed and we were really going to start our life together! 2 weeks later I discovered I was pregnant...about a month pregnant! Talk about crazy timing! Needless to say, we just got married and our daughter is due in January! I am soooo thankful for this baby girl i am expecting and wouldnt change the timing for the world!Even so ...she was a surprise! A great surprise! Was your baby a surprise too? Please share your stories!

Thanks for the advice on my article. It seems we have a lot in commen! I think I've decided what to do. We are going to get married in Vegas alone which I believe gives us a chance to enjoy each other anyway w/o all the other stress! Then once the baby is here we will have a bigger wedding with more people! Right now it's just to hard to do the baby stuff, deal with his sisters wedding and deal with the holidays all in 7 more month and try to fit in a wedding. And it'll be easier for us to get to Washington and not overwhelm the whole family! I think I'm finally feeling at peace with this and it's nice to know I'm not alone!

this reminds me what my dad told me about the second child,, The first was an accident yet the second is a purpose,, otherwise you know what you were doing at the time of doing,,,
