On August 11, 1998 I gave birth to a wonderful 1 pound, 8 ounce baby girl. We named her Kassidy LeeAnn. She was a miracle. I had her at around 26 weeks and she wasn't suppose to come until November. She was here only a short time but her life inspired so many. It's amazing how a tiny little person can change the way you feel about so many things. She lived for 7 days. It was the longest and shortest 7 days of my life but I wouldn't change it for the world. ÂÂÂ
We had an amazing time together. I got to see her and hold her and some parents don't even get that chance. I even got to see her little eyes just for a brief moment.
I'm only sharing this story to let you know that there is hope and you can move on even though it's hard at the time you will find inspiration through your situation and you will be able to share your story time and time agian with someone who is dealing with loss of a child for the first time. You are not alone in this journey.ÂÂÂ

I told the doctors that they were wrong about her, since they were only practicing, I don't expect them to get it right.
Thanks

My mother lost my first brother after me. He lived for about an hour. I was four and never got to see him. But she did give me two other brothers to torcher!
We can always hope to never lose a baby but offer lots of support when it does happen.
