Lawn Mowing.....

we use gas we had a electric one until we ran the cord over ..lol

Thank goodness I dont mow lawn but it would be fun though.

sometimes its fun if weather is pleasent. But now its been raining everyday so the grass is growing like a weed and hard to cut.. oh well

I have a junky mower that I got from freecycle...my ex borrowed it 2 weeks ago and has yet to mow his lawn (he says he can't afford to put the gas in) but now our neighbors are starting to complain

I don't have a yard. I don't mind doing the lawn mowing, if I have some good music to listen to. I just remind myself that I'm walking and burning calories. I've mowed my parents' yard, and it's huge!

ours is not that huge. I think what I don't like is its like a chore and not fun.. I would like to do as fun ... but grass doesn't care ...lol

Mowing is great exercise, but I rarely do it. Everything hurts afterward!

I actually have to mow my lawn today. Hubby is out of town working. I hate mowing! I have a cheap old mower I bought at a garage sale for $20.

I have a little yard that I've grown groundcover over about 80% of it. I don't need a lawnmower any more. I use a cutting tool for the 10 minutes a week it normally takes.

Early spring with all the weeds makes all the yards look neglected.

Thankfully no lawn or mowers here, there are rocks and cacti, I hated lawn mowing.  Sure would like to have a bit of that rain for a spell though I must admit!

I've got an old electric. Rocks and cacti sound fun to me. But now the rain's stopped and it's just the dandelions growing - can't decide if it's faster to pull them or mow them.

I'll do it, but I don't particularly like to do it

i've lived in an apartment so long that I don't remember the last time I had to mow..it's been over 13 years ago...at that time I had one of those push kind of mowers..the one that had no motor just blades...I really liked it.

i am spoiled and pay 20 bucks a month to have ours cut.. it is 10 every 2 weeks

I prefer electric as gas mowers are hard to start, especially for short people.  There are no gas fumes with an electric and it's much lighter to push.  Most folks run over the cord once, then remember!  LOL.... PIF

We finally got a second hand gas ride-on lawn mower to tackle our large lawn.  Hubby loves being in the "rider's club" now :) HH
