Heartfelt thanks to all who offered wonderful name suggestions for our little foundling kitten.
My husband, Bill, and I have settled on a name! Her name is Princess Grace.
We chose to call her Princess after our daughter, Sarah, whose name means "princess". Sarah was the person who rescued Princess Grace from homelessness and starvation. Since this little kitten once was lost and now is found, Grace seems appropriate, too.
Princess Grace is regal but tiny. She's travel size! She can fold herself for traveling light.
Princess Grace enjoys Yoga. She is very flexible and agile.
Princess Grace has found the most comfortable place in the house - Bill's lap.
Our neighbor's cat is a frequent drop-in visitor at our house. The little Princess isn't sure what to think about this big cat. At least she had the high ground:
Little Princess Gracie still has a ways to go to be in good health, but she is active and so much happier than when we first brought her home.
It bothers me that someone can abandon an animal, especially one so tiny and helpless. I don't understand such cold cruelty. There is a Humane Society shelter only a few miles from where we found our kitten.

Princess Grace is a wonderful name. I actually had fun reading the story to my children. Having them interact was a great moment for me. So thanks and I will tell the children in the morning the name of the kitty.
process with a female collie named Connie. Have no idea where the name came from.
I just know she was born in a barn of a large collie breeder, who was goin g through
Dimensnia. Forgot to feed or clean the collies and it starts just there. Connie had a
broken leg that had never been healed by a vet.
She's a doll, but I do find her sleeping a lot longer than my other collie ZZuri. There
do soome to be some issues with her one bad leg. Seems she gets periodic boughts
'of ahritis. Canot be sure though. She can play, but peferes to lie close by to her mother (me)) and sister (ZZuri)

We rescued a cat (Oranges) in a similar way. Someone came into my office at work & said "We found this kitten" and handed it to me...thent hey walked out! I was the new owner of a cute kitten~

The vet has called twice to check up on her. They are a very caring group of people.
She looks like a little sweetheart.
By the way, Apricot's full name is Apricot Sweetheart. Because she is. I too was very well rewarded for my rescue.

plus i'm a little partial to cats with Princess or Prince in their names since my sister and I have a cat named Prince Winslow the Dipstick...lol
Princess Grace is beautiful and looks so sweet. She'll be the purfect fur baby I'm sure.
