While going to college in Denver, Colorado I took an economics class with a kid named Ben. At the end of the semester I prepared to move to Michigan. Ben had better luck, his band The Fray had just been signed by a major record label and his summer was going to be spend recording "How To Save a Life".
I have seen the band about 6 times in three different states and own both of their CD's so I have a good deal of experience with them. Lead singer and pianist Issac is classical trained pianist with heart felt lyrics about long distance love, finding your way and the bands religious views. While I am far from drawn towards Christian music The Fray does it in such a way that most people never notice the hints given in the lyrics. Each song is a little different but the raw lyrics and topics hit home for any listener.
Girls, you will be swept off your feet by this CD. And guys, I have never seen a better place to meet single girls than at a Fray concert.
