At present Earth is the only inhabitable planet in our solar system, as far as we know.
In existence for billions of years, it is unlikely that the present group of humans will destroy it, though maybe each other.
However, each of us needs to take action to continue its habitability for all species concerned.
Perhaps you have some doubts?
Some humans believe that our presence on Earth is a gift, thereby allowing us to do as we please.
However, if you take a closer look you realize that your existence is a privilege. Humans are just one of millions of species populating the planet. Certainly we have not been here the longest, either. For instance, dolphins have remained unchanged in their present state for 15 million years.
I strongly urge you to re-orient your thinking about our place in the world, especially with an ever-increasing market globalization.
It's up to each of us, corporations included, to do our part, and EARN our privilege of being on earth by giving back to earth and its inhabitants everyday.
