Wow am I feeling exhausted today. I remember alarm going off, but I was half dreaming during it, and thought it didn't sound right, so I shut it off. I did wake up on my own within about 10 minutes, though, so we're not running behind.
Unlike some recent mornings, it's already in the 20's, so it shouldn't be a horrible walk to school. Not fantastic, but not horrible. At least it's not 0. Those are the days when, sorry to be graphic, the snot freezes in my nose. Always a treat.
The kids only have a 4 day week this week and next. They have Friday off this week, and Monday off next week for a mid-Winter break. I don't recall having a mid-Winter break as kids. Ugh. Just another reason for them to stay home and drive me batty, especially since I'll be without a car still.
The neighbor is going to look at the Escort this week. Could be something easy, but I doubt it. He didn't sound real optimistic either. He had Nick try and start it so he could listen to it, and we both agreed there was a smell coming out- not like exhaust, but not sure what it was. Oil burning, maybe?
Oh, yes, one more thing. I weighed myself yesterday. Oh, boy, was that fun. I wasn't far off from where I figured I was, but I would have happily welcomed a nice surprise, ya know?
When I get home, I'm heading back to bed. My head is pounding, and my neck hurts. It's gonna be a fun walk.

I hate mondays too!
I have sooooo much to do to.
I will be keeping my fingers crossed about your car.
It is supposed to be a warm day here, but I can't even get out of my drive because the darn city people are working on our water meter. It is currently in the basement so we have to let them in to read it. They are putting one in the front yard now though, thankfully, because I don't like to let them in when hubby isn't home...
