Is there Justice for Animals? ( no)

my husbands had a pit bull named Sweetie we had to get rid of her.

Sweetie bit this guy... for a good reason she was protecting our home.... but he filed a complaint with the police even though he broke in...... The guy  just said he was walking by and was bitten but sweetie was in the house..... One of the guys across the street said he saw the other guy go in to the house.....

The guy that was bitten had kicked at my dogs before more than once.... and Swettie remembered him.... Then when he went through the window she said, "hey I have a good reason to bit him finally"......

well then we had to get rid of her my husband was afraid she was going to get in the habit of biting....for the safety of our kids......If it had been any other pit I'm sure we would have not had to get rid of her....

Sweetie  came from a long line of fighting dogs.... Her father was one of the fighters and was saved and he mated with Sweeties mother that was also a pit and the had her. she was a good dog... but we couldn't take chances with the kids....

When the incident happened I talked with the health department and told them the dog was inside the house  and that's the only way the man would have gotten bit but they told me it dose not matter..... I said WHAT? Some man breaks into my house and my dog protects me and my family and we get punished for it...

I told the lady that's what some dogs are for is for protection.... not for us we just love animals but its a plus when the animal loves you enough to know to watch out for you....

 The HD lady said it dose not matter if a man pulls a gun on you in your house and a dog bits him all he has to do is go to the hospital and report it was a dog bit and they ask no other questions they take HIS word for it........

That's what makes me sick sometimes the bad guys get protected more than honorable citizens.. That dose nothing wrong.....

(This story happened a few years ago. We had to quarinten the dog even though she had her shots..... we had to pay almost 800 bux for vet bill and doctors bill for the man that broke in and was bitten ) don't you just love Justice???????
