Every once in awhile I check my daugter out of school to go a movie, just the 2 of us. It is somethingthat we both look forward to. Today I am doing something out of the ordinary, I am goingto go see a movie by myself.
I watched Oprah yesterday, I had it on my DVR, she had the cast of Juno on her show. Oprah highly recommended that everyone see it. I dont have anyone to go with me so I am not letting that stop me! I am going alone. I have never been to movie by myself. I think it will be interesting.
From what I hear, this movie has some sad parts, I think I will bring tissues with me, just in case....

There was a time where I did go out and watch a movie by myself, which I didn't enjoy as much since I had no one to share my feelings about the movie with. That was a lonely time for me.
I think the last movie I saw all by myself was "Brokeback Mountain."
No, I have never watched a movie alone. One of these days when my kids are out of the house I may indeed get to see a movie alone. I might actually get to hear and see the whole thing this way.
The movie I wanted to see so badly (years ago) that I went to it alone was The Scarlet Letter with Demi Moore. Mock if you must, but I love all this is Nathaniel Hawthorne-related. (Oh, and Gary Oldman's butt.) Although I must say that the problem of pilgrim-era adultery is sad and icky enough without me dragging myself to see a dramatized version of it. . .
so MANY Deliberately get 'knocked up' just to escape tiny drama.
