The Clinton's Unmasked............

        Is anyone truly surprised? I mean other than the most ardent Clinton rumpswabs? Finally the Clinton election machine has dropped all pretense of civility. The only surprise for me was that Hillary was able to gag Bill for as long as she did. The shameless spotlight seeking good ole boy was revelling in the attention all week in South Carolina. The formerly proclaimed "first black president" apparently has serious issues with someone who is actually black becoming president. The infamous Clinton attack machine was in full throttle screed, with Bill calling Barack Obama every name short of an Uncle Tom, and blatantly making this an election focused on race. Now rather than Obama being a candidate who happens to be black, the Clinton's have made him the "black candidate".  The Clinton's, and make no mistake this is a package deal, have given up any claim, (however feeble that claim may have been) to the ethical high ground. Although to be fair using the the ethical and the names of either or both of the Clitnon's has always been an oxymoronic venture.

         At the same time the Clinton campaign adopted their new scorched earth primary policy, the facade that this candidacy has ever been anything other than Bill Clinton redux.  They have given up all pretense of it being anything else. In South Carolina, Mrs Clinton completely abandoned campaining altogether and handed over the dirty work to her co-candidate, who gleefully dove headlong into the task of destroying Obama.

          This is really not surprising to anyone who has paid any attention the Clinton's over the years. They are the poster children for the 60's narcissists. The only thing the despise more than being proven wrong is being irrelevant. Hillary Clinton has seen the presidency as her entitlement since the day they left the white house and stole all the china on their way out the door.

           Ironically, Mrs. Clinton, who's sole qualification for the presidency consists of 1 term as an entirely ineffective carpetbagging senator and 8 years of being the wife of a president, has shown her inability to run a winning primary campaign depite facing competition from an even less qualified candidate (Obama) and a previously rejected retread (Edwards). Now the woman who alternately wanted voters to ignore her gender or embrace it, depending on the situation, has resorted to having her husband save her struggling candidacy. There is no longer any doubt about it this is truly Billary Clitnon, part 2.

          Mark my words if this two faced witch somehow secures the nomination of the democrats she will immediately turn around and accuse her republican counterpart of doing precisely what she is now doing to Obama. She will rail against anyone pointing out her miserable record n the senate and her utter lack of qualifications as a chief executive and simultaneously accuse her opponent of gender bias because she is (marginally) a woman.

           The fact of the matter is the Clinton's are one of the most effective career politicial machines ever. There is virtually no one they will not destroy in their unquenchable thirst for power and no prinicple they will not compromise to achieve that goal. These two should both be in prison. One for prejury and the other for SEC and insider trading violations, similar to those which sent Martha Stewart to prison. However these are the Clinton's and their hillbilly luck and teflon skin seems to preclude from anyone noticing the stench that arises from anywhere they are.  Electing this woman to the most powerful position in the world would be nothing short of a disgrace and embarassment.
