The most brilliant woman in America obviously cannot handle questions that she does not know are coming. See this report. http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,310316,00.html
Now no one should be surprised by this, particularly considering how poorly Hillary messed up a simple question about drivers licenses for illeagals.
It does beg a huge question - how can Hillary deal with the likes of Putin, Ahmadinajad, Al Qaeda, Kim Jong Il, etc. if she cannot even handle a random question from an American?
Inquiring minds want to know.

The campaign's admission that it planted the question may be another blow to the New York senator's image as a trustworthy politician
Since when did Hillary have an image as a "trustworthy" politician?
And the question planning doesn't surprise me in the least
David and David (sounds like a law firm) - you're both spot on.
Lefties caught again, manipulating the system. They sure like pointing fingers when Conservatives do it, but they slink back into their cesspools when they get caught "doing the nasty".
Am I getting warmer?
Of course their media allies helps out considerably.
Of course, with that being the case, explaining how she was so badly snookered by GWB, the "dumbest man to ever live in the White House," is going to be a tough chore...
We'll have to overlook all the dirty money, all the far left weirdos... etc...
What fascinates me is that Bill is know going around saying her health care fiasco was his fault. So if it was all his fault, what exactly is the experience she claims to have.
since they won't release the docs in the archives (or at least what is left after light fingers Berger tiptoed through the documents), we'll just have to guess. Don't people see what the Clintons are trying to pull? This is the scam to out-scam all their previous scams.
(I'm already signing up for Jig refresher classes.)
Lefty cowardice just makes me chuckle. They just aren't deep thinkers.
They think nearly all conservatives are dunderheads, but most of them cannot handle a thoughtful conversation before dragging out ad hominem attacks.
Bret? I am definitely a leftie. I write, knit, crochet all left handed.
And that, ladies and gentlemen, is the epitome of the contrast between Liberals and Conservatives. Liberals see duplicity as normal ... even something to be revered.
Conservatives see it as dishonesty.
"I think the fact that governors are being forced into this position is really unfortunate. They should not be making immigration policy. The federal government should be making immigration policy and that's what I'm going to try to do as PRESIDENT AGAIN and I do not believe that in the context of federal immigration reform that that would be an issue that governors would have to contend with."
OOOPPPPSSSS!!!!!!!

(or at least what is left after light fingers Berger tiptoed through the documents) Thank you Nanci I laughed so hard I nearly fell out of my chair.
Sandy Burglar, when your documents absolutely have to be stolen overnight.
I'm glad you weren't injured Charles.
The average American not being as single as Putin, Ahmadinajad, Al Qaeda, Kim Jong Il, etc. would be when conducting discussions with another head of state, it does not surprise me that an average American could come up with a question for which a candidate was not prepared.
I suspect there are many Russians, Iranians and North Koreans who could come up with questions that Putin, Ahmadinajad or Kim Jong Il would have difficultly asking if a citizen of one of those nations had the opportunity and dared to ask it.
As for Al Qaeda, that is an organization that I don't believe is open to negotiation, and even if it were a President of the United State would be meeting only with a selected spokesperson.
As for the question she was asked, as a candidate for president she took a position that I think any champion of states rights would appreciate. Could it be that states rights come into play only when it suits your aims.
And your last paragraph is silly - if the federal government has a law that supersedes a state law, then the federal law trumps. Period.
So you three, Rudy? Mitt? McCain? Which one of these geniuses will save the White House for the party that Dubya destroyed?
She's running ahead of all major Republican candidates in a head-to-head race. Don't get me wrong, I don't think Hillary is any great shakes.
Heretofore, I think she is unelectable at the national level. But, now that so many people are so angry at the Bush adminsitration and the horrific blunder that is Iraq, that conventional wisdom goes out the window.
If she goes on to win the White House, you'll have noone but Dubya to thank for it.
You wingnuts need to be left to your stupidity from time to time .
As much as you would like to believe it so, the world does not exist in black and white, good and evil, etc. Not all conservatives are bastions of honor and integrity any more than all liberals are evil baby-eating devils. And we don't even begin to discuss independents of all different stripes. It would take me half an hour just to list the names of all the conservatives who have been dishonest and dishonorable just in the past ten years. Same with liberals. Why? Because adopting a political philosophy doesn't automagically reform human nature. Power corrupts and the proof of that is evident every single day.
I honestly extend my condolences and sympathy if you truly believe that rot you just spouted.
The more likely answer is that Lefties are cowards, and hiding underground where the wet warmth can keep them green and slimy year-round.
