Hey Gather buddies today was the day that I announced my resignation to my current employer. I've made decison to change companies not only for more money but because of the vision that we share and I've came to the conclusion that we are going in the same direction.
The new employer is solid financially but are small guys who want to grow and get to the next level. To do this they have to recruit people who can get them where they want to go.
I'm a risk manager by profession and hold the credential of certified fraud examiner. It's a credential that is recognized by the FBI and Royal Canadian Mounted Police for their fraud investigators- I hold an accounting degree. I also do security survey's on businesses and by such reduce liabilities for them in large dollar amounts. This is what the new guys want to be able to say who's on their team now.
After two years of building in my present position. I feel the job is finished here and it's time to move on and do a build job somewhere else where the people just have a dream. My goal will be to make it a reality for them- I'll get a lot of satisfaction from that.
