Nope, I'd come back as a man, just to see if there really was a difference in the way I'd be treated. And I also only ever wear trousers/jeans and sensible shoes, so I'm halfway there (plus no waxing! yippee!).

If I came back as a man, I would have to be gay. No way am I giving up all the pretty clothes and nail polish!

I wouldn't want to go through life again, but if that was the program, I would chose to me a man next time. I would like to know what it is like to see how the other half lives. I wouldn't mind getting the respect I don't get as a woman. Often I have had my husband go to the same people and ask for the same thing (bank etc) and magically they will do it for him. I'm not saying it's a better life for men, but I wouldn't mind trying out the earth suit they have!

Probably stay a woman. I can't say I wouldn't be curious, but I like being female - we get to be feminine when we want, but no one objects if we get involved in a traditionally 'masculine' activity either (usually). We've got the best of both worlds. Plus God made mistakes on his first draft! lol

I'd stay a woman. Men have to have this BS macho attitude and the whole testosterone thing. Just don't want to even try to hack that. And since I love men and don't want to even try doing the gay way of life (life is difficult enough), I'd have to stay a woman.

Like some of the others, I think I would like to try on the male role, get the respect. Now have to fix hair and makeup, Just shower,shave,dress, and walk out the door. ONE ,does not need ego,nor does one need macho b.s. to enjoy being a man,one does however need a penis. i am a self admitted wuss,coward and all around nerd,and i plan to stay that way. a real man simply is because...of...honor!

In many ways, I think I would rather be a man.

I fear long term contracts, but if there were a 24 hour sex change pill I'd give it a whirl. I mean if I could be hot. I'd call in sick for sure. I wouldn't want those slobs from work ogling me. Plus, I'd need some time to well, check things out. Shave my legs. Figure out what Oprah's about you know? And when my wife got home, wouldn't she be surprised?

I agree with Bret. I'd try being a guy for a day or maybe even a week, but i'd probably make me mad if i couldn't pick up chicks, so i'd definitely want to go back to being female. chicks don't have any problem getting people into bed. I like it that way. lol.

I would rather be a woman any day, we are all smart, lol, now that should start comments, lol. I am almost kidding.

Since I believe in reincarnation, and that we experience multiple lifetimes as both genders to gain a well-rounded understanding of this aspect of life, I would have to say that I couldn't choose until I saw which was needed and what the social circumstances would be surrounding me as a particular gender. What if you came back as a woman, but women in that social structure were mere slaves with no rights (wouldn't have to go back too far, huh??? ... or even at all time-wise, in other countries). What if the reverse were true and we were a matriochical (sp?) society; made men slaves with no rights. So many what-ifs to look at for me to decide. I think I'd like my next life to be much easier and 'softer' than this one has been, so whichever gender in a given society would give me that....hopefully, coming in with a kind heart.

I actually have clear memory of what it felt like to be a man in a previous life, and am a woman in this one, and prefer neither over the other. Is that cheating?

I've never been a "girly" girl, anyway. Heels are torture devices. I was the little tomboy getting dirty and tearing her clothes catching lizards out on the farm. I know little boys who are more "prim and proper" than I've ever been. I see most "gender" separation as we perceive it as being false. Obviously, guys wear dresses, heels, and make up, too, can be more vain than some women, and can be nurturing. Girls can be mean and if you're a gamer you've likely met women who get off on blowing stuff up every bit as much as some guys do. At our basic essence, before you pile on societal training and expectation, I don't think there's much real difference.

Daniella or Daniel - No my dear friend, you are mucn to tiny and petite to even consider becoming a man!! You are silly because scientistw would still want to be with women! Plus you wouldn't be able to cry or wear heels or short skirts or anything! Please stay a woman!!
